Minor Servicing

• Generally conducted Monthly / Bi-Monthly or quarterly depending on the Generators application.
• Engine fluid levels inspection and top-up if required.
• Check of drive belts.
• Check of all hoses and clamps.
• Check of DC control systems.
• Battery condition and Charging System.
• AC Voltage and Reticulation.
• General Visual Inspection.

Major Servicing

• Carried out Annually for emergency standby applications and or for Prime Power applications as per engine manufacturers specifications.
• Full Engine Service, including tests and inspections carried out in a Minor Service.
• Change all engine Fluids and Engine Filters as per requirement.
• Complete Electrical systems check AC & DC.
